From what I understand, you need a certain level of certification no high school diploma. Thus, while in a school or institution in the program you want and do not ask, offer the high school diploma, everything will go well and you can join their program. You can talk about some of these schools, and with them, and I'm sure it will be useful.
All this depends on the schools in your area. Specialized schools are only in certain cities. If your city is not what I recommend you watch the summer programs that can help.
